Policy and Ethics Statement

Yuva Engineers is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. Authors who submit papers to Yuva Engineers attest that their work is original and unpublished, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. In addition, authors confirm that their paper is their own; that it has not been copied or plagiarized, in whole or in part, from other works; and that they have disclosed actual or potential conflicts of interest with their work or partial benefits associated with it.

Policy Of the Journal: Submitted papers should be original and must have not been published nor submitted for review/publication to any other editorial. Please do not copy from Internet and submit them. We don’t encourage any kind of plagiarism. Try to put articles in your own words. Give credits and references to original authors and researchers where ever necessary. Submissions will be judged on originality, significance, interest, clarity, relevance, and correctness.

Copyrights/Ownership: Author(s) retains the copyright/Publication rights (if any) with out any restrictions for all the papers published with our Journal.

Licensing: CC-BY: Licensees may copy, distribute, display and perform the work and make derivative works and remixes based on it only if they give the author or licensor the credits (attribution) in the manner specified by these.

Editor and Editorial Board member responsibilities include:
1. Calling initial articles from editorial board members.
2. Solicit a steady stream of articles on a regular basis together with other editorial board members.
3. Adding peer-reviewers to the peer-review database.
4. Assigning peer-reviewers to the respective articles.
5. Oversee the peer-review process and making sure that reviewers respond within the deadline.
6. Ensure the quality of published material through peer-review, own comments, and editing.
7. An editor must have superior skills to ask for revision without the reviewers’ decision and if needed, should be able to rewrite poorly written manuscripts.

Fair play/Zero Bias System
An editor at any time evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

Confidentiality
The editor and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.

Peer Review Process
To ensure the fairest and most objective decision-making, the editorial process is run in accordance with the standard procedures and Guidelines set by the Journal. The Yuva Engineers Peer Reviews all the material it receives. We give Utmost Importance to articles that will help Engineers & Managers to make better decisions in real-time practical Applications. We Work with an aim to reach decision within 2-4 weeks of submission.

After Author(s) submits his/her paper to us through online submission, At this time a receipt of manuscript acknowledgement is sent to the author(s) to let them know that their manuscript has been received. Each manuscript is then read by an Internal editor (either individually or in consultation) to assess its appropriateness for the journal according to the guidelines determined by the editorial policy. A manuscript could be rejected without additional review for one or more reasons, and the authors are notified. If the paper seems to fit the criteria of the journal, it will be forwarded to Reviewers for comprehensive review.

Reviewers are allowed sufficient time to complete their review and submit comments to the editor. Reviewers provide comments intended to help produce a better manuscript. Our reviewers of a manuscript judge the quality of the manuscript objectively and impartially. Our review will constructive & helpful as possible and in no case will involve any kind of personalized criticism.Editor makes a publication judgement based on the reviews and sends out a decision letter to the author(s). If the manuscript needs modifications, Authors are provided sufficient time to come up with the changes suggested by the Reviewers. Revised manuscripts will go through review process again.

Policy of screening for plagiarism
Yuva Engineers is an Initiative that encourages only research and we discourage plagiarism of any kind. Papers submitted to Yuva Engineers will be screened for plagiarism using various tools(CopyCatch, Copyscape, DupliChecker, ArticleChecker etc). If plagiarism is detected, IJMETMR will immediately reject papers without reviewing the paper leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

Responsibilities of Authors:
Consider a significant problem;
Propose an interesting, compelling solution;
Demonstrate the practicality and benefits of the solution;
Draw appropriate conclusions;
Clearly describe what the authors have done;

References: Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work.
