ABSTRACT
Smart twitter access is a tool for accessing and managing the contents of your twitter account right from your computer’s desktop.
Smart  Twitter  access  provides  different  twitter features  along  with  this  we  also  provide  some functionalities. Where it will retrieve the followers, following, direct messages and recent tweets information. This information is stored on user desktop. we  can  post  tweets and  also  we  can  send  direct messages. All these information is stored on desktop. So that these information is opened even twitter is not available. Also provide different search operations on this information. Here with this application user can tag the tweets. And it provides a convenient environment to work with these tags. We can pop up when new updates received. We can tag our favorite tweets.
As of now there is no any application to access Twitter from the desktop during the offline. In future, we are going to provide solution to all the applications, means this application is used to access Twitter even during offline.
User interface is used to login  in to your account in the user interface we have username , password, twitter username and twitter password by entering  all these details we can login in to the twitter account. We will have logout option in the profile, by clicking that we can  exit from your account. When the person logins to account through internet  that  person appears in online to see account information. The account user can send tweets ,direct messages and also updates profile. When the person logins to account without internet  that  person appears in offline to see account information. The account user can see tweets ,direct messages and user can send direct messages and tweets  but user can able to see  them when he appears online. Database is used to store all the account users information. In this we use to store all profile information about user. We use to store the tweets, followers, following information in the database. Event handler handles all the updates about the user profile. If we have any important tweets we can tag that tweets by using special symbol
Aim:
The aim of this application is to use twitter even when the user is not in online. All the twitter account information can be viewed. We can post a tweet and send a direct message even in offline. We can tag favorite tweets and direct messages.
Existing system:
We can access twitter account information through online till now. We don’t have any application that works even when user is in offline.
Disadvantages:
The following are the disadvantages of current system
•    There is no desktop application for users to access twitter.
•    we don’t have any offline application regarding to twitter.
•    We don’t have any pop up applications to indicate when new updates received.
Proposed System:
SMART TWITTER ACCESS is a desktop application where we can access our twitter account directly from the desktop. All the twitter information can be viewed even the internet is not available. Also provide different search operations on this information. Here with this application user can send the tweets and can tag them. And it provides a convenient environment to work with these tags.
We can access multiple twitter account information. We can store followers, following and recent tweets information. All these information is stored in our local data base. We can post a direct message in offline, it will update when we come to online. We can post a tweet offline. We can open all these information in offline. We can provide search operations for following, followers and tweets information. We can pop up when new updates received. We can tag our favorite tweets.

User interface:
User interface is used by the user to login  in to his account. Through the user interface we create twitter account by entering username, password, twitter username and twitter password then your account will be created. After that you can login in to your twitter account by entering twitter username and twitter password. If the user already have a twitter account he can directly access to his account by entering his twitter username and twitter password. We have a logout option in the profile, by clicking that we can  exit from the account.
Online data management:
When the person login in to his account through internet then that person appears in online, he can view all the information. The account user can send tweets, direct messages and also updates profile. He can search for his friends or followings. User can tag his favorite tweets. Here all the data is managed by the database manager and twitter manager when the user is in online.
Offline data management:
When the person login in to his account when internet is not available then that person is in offline. Even he is in offline he can view all the information which was needed by him. The account user can send tweets, direct messages and also updates profile but those tweets and direct messages that were sent by the user will be send when the internet is available. User can tag his favorite tweets. Here all the data is managed by the database manager and twitter manager when the user is in offline.
Database:
Local Database is used to store all the account users information. Local Database is easy to maintain. In this we use to store all profile information about each user. We use to store the tweets information, followers information, following information of each user in the database. And we can retrieve all the information that is required by the user and it gets displayed to the user.
Event handler, Tagging and Searching:

Event handler handles all the updates about the user profile. It links to the database manager, twitter manager, login manager, searching, tagging, profile manager. If we have any important tweets we can tag those tweets by marking. We can find our friends by using the search option, if we type email address in the search option and we click on enter then we can find our friends. Otherwise if we don’t know their email address we can search by their name.

CONCLUSION

SMART TWITTER ACCESS is an application for twitter users that displays twitter  account  information even in offline.
All the twitter account information can be viewed. We can post a tweet and send a direct message even in offline. We can tag favorite tweets and direct messages. We can pop up when new updates received.
It provide different search operations on twitter account information. We can access multiple twitter account information. We can store followers, following and recent tweets information. All these information is stored in our local data base. We can post a direct message in offline, it will update when we come to online. We can post a tweet offline. We can open all these information in offline. We can provide search operations for following, followers and tweets information. We can pop up when new updates received. We can tag our favorite tweets.
The developed system is tested with real data and the users are satisfied with the performance of the system and reports.  It also provides extendibility so you can add your own features in future very simply without disturbing the existing code. This tool reduces the manual work and saves the time as well as man power. The time for processing and producing the reports is considerably reduced. All the features are implemented and developed as per the requirements.
